Refund Policy

We want you to be confident when subscribing to CryptHunter. This page summarises our refund terms — a more detailed version is also covered in the Terms of Service.
1. Refund window
Refunds are available for any reason within 7 days of the first charge on any paid plan. After day 7, refunds are issued pro-rata only when we are responsible for a verifiable service issue (sustained downtime, irrecoverable data loss, or termination without cause on our end).
2. Card payments (via Paddle)
Card payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd., the merchant of record. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank settlement typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your card issuer.
3. Crypto payments (USDT)
Crypto payments in USDT (TRC20 or ERC20) are non-refundable except where required by law. In place of a refund, equivalent subscription credit can be issued at our discretion for verifiable service outages.
4. Trial cancellations
Cancellations during the 7-day trial period do not result in any charge — your card is not billed if you cancel before day 8.
5. How to request a refund
Email support@crypt-hunter.com with: (a) the account email used at purchase, (b) the payment date and method, (c) a brief description of the issue or reason. We acknowledge within 1 business day and resolve within 3 business days.
6. Chargebacks
If you raise a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may suspend access to the account while the dispute is processed by Paddle. We strongly encourage emailing us first — most refund requests are resolved within 3 business days.
