Refund Policy

We want you to be confident when subscribing to CryptHunter. This page summarises our refund terms — a more detailed version is also covered in the Terms of Service.

1. Refund window

Refunds are available for any reason within 7 days of the first charge on any paid plan. After day 7, refunds are issued pro-rata only when we are responsible for a verifiable service issue (sustained downtime, irrecoverable data loss, or termination without cause on our end).

2. Crypto payments (USDT)

All paid plans are billed in USDT (TRC20 or ERC20). Crypto payments are non-refundable by nature except where required by law. Where a refund is granted, it is issued as a fresh USDT transfer back to the sending address. In place of a refund, equivalent subscription credit can be issued at our discretion for verifiable service outages.

3. Trial cancellations

Trials do not require any payment upfront. If you do not pay an invoice before the trial ends, your account simply drops to Free — there is nothing to refund.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@crypt-hunter.com with: (a) the account email used at purchase, (b) the invoice ID and transaction hash, (c) a brief description of the issue or reason. We acknowledge within 1 business day and resolve within 3 business days.

5. Chargebacks

Crypto transactions are not reversible by their nature; bank chargebacks do not apply. Any refund will be issued as a fresh USDT transfer back to the sending address once we agree the reason in writing.
