What we ship and when. Sponsors get every major feature 7-14 days before the public release.

1. Sprint 1 — i18n bot

   Shipped

   RU/EN bot, /language command, group topics in EN, DM in user's language. 82/82 tests passing.

2. Sprint 2 — Site foundation

   Shipped

   ASP.NET Core API + Next.js front, JWT auth, Resend email, guest pages, dashboard shell, Privacy/Terms.

3. Sprint 3 — Charts with zones

   Shipped

   TradingView Lightweight Charts on /app/chart/{symbol}, klines proxy, entry-zone overlay, garant + impulse target lines, side panel with active orders.

4. Sprint 4 — Heatmap + billing

   In progress

   Liquidity heatmap viewer with 3d/7d/14d/30d ranges, crypto invoicing (USDT TRC20/ERC20) with manual-confirm flow then automated on-chain watcher, sponsor flow, accumulated discounts. Also this sprint: rolling out an upgraded signal engine (stricter setup selection and risk management, in forward-testing before it reaches users) with a volume-profile overlay and setup-quality badges on the chart, and tokenized-stock setups shown alongside crypto.

5. Sprint 5 — Polish + launch

   Planned

   The site is already deployed to production and indexed by Google, but the Sprint 5 polish work has not started yet: SEO optimisation, sitemap, OG-images, email templates, analytics (Plausible), public release.

6. Sprint 6 — Non-custodial wallet

   Planned

   Multi-chain balance view, swap routing through 0x/1inch, P&L tracking with signal tags. Sponsors swap at 0.3% vs 1% regular and 0.5% Pro.

7. Long-horizon (12-24 months)

   Long-horizon

   US LLC via Stripe Atlas → Stripe Treasury / Issuing → custodial wallet with USD balance + virtual / physical cards for in-store payments. Requires regulated partner; sponsors get the lowest interchange fees and cashback.
