Terms of Service

Effective date: 2026-05-04

These Terms govern your use of CryptHunter ("the Service") provided by an individual entrepreneur registered in Ukraine ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service you accept these Terms in full.

1. What the Service is

CryptHunter is a market-analysis service that detects ABC reversal patterns and orderbook liquidity zones, then publishes the results as informational signals through a website (crypt-hunter.com) and a Telegram bot (@CryptHunter_v1Bot).

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You confirm that using the Service is legal in your jurisdiction. The Service is not available to residents or persons present in countries or territories subject to comprehensive U.S., E.U. or U.N. sanctions, including without limitation Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region, the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, and any other jurisdiction added to applicable sanctions lists. Registration from such jurisdictions is prohibited; accounts found to violate this clause will be terminated without refund.
  • Information you provide on registration must be accurate.

3. Account

  • One person, one account. No sharing of credentials, sessions or Telegram-linked access.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Refund policy below applies.

4. Subscriptions and billing

  • Plans, features and prices are described on the Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice for active subscribers.
  • The 7-day trial requires a valid payment method. Cancel before day 8 and your card is not charged.
  • Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel anytime in /app/settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Card payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), the merchant of record. Their terms also apply to the payment transaction itself.
  • Crypto payments are accepted in USDT (TRC20 / ERC20). Once an invoice is paid and confirmed on-chain, access is provisioned. Crypto payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Refund window: 7 days from the first charge for any reason; thereafter, pro-rated refunds for verifiable service issues only. Email support@crypt-hunter.com to request a refund.

5. Risk disclaimer (important)

  • CryptHunter is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Signals are informational descriptions of market structure and probabilistic in nature.
  • We do not place, modify, or close any orders on your behalf. You make every trading decision yourself.
  • Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. You can lose all of your invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • You are solely responsible for your trades, your risk management, and any losses. By using the Service you acknowledge and accept this.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not share signals, data feeds, or paid content outside your own use.
  • Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or build derivative services using our content without written permission.
  • Do not abuse rate limits, bypass authentication, or attempt to access other users' data.
  • Do not use the Service for any illegal purpose, including market manipulation.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including the website, signals, software, branding and documentation, is our intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use it for personal informational purposes during your subscription. Sponsorship grants no IP rights beyond this licence.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that signals will be timely, accurate, complete, or profitable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all implied warranties are disclaimed.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, indirect or consequential damages.

10. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription via account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or if continuing the Service becomes legally or commercially impractical.
  • On termination, your access to paid features ends. Pro-rated refund applies only where we terminate without cause.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought to the competent court at our place of registration. EU consumers retain rights granted by mandatory consumer protection law in their country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified via email or a banner. Continued use after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
