FAQ

Is this auto-trading?

No. CryptHunter does not place, modify, or close orders. You execute every trade manually based on the signals.

Is this financial advice?

No. Signals describe market structure; trading them is your decision and at your own risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

What is the difference between Garant and Impulse?

Garant is the realistic target most setups reach (calculated as A + (B − A) × 0.85). Impulse is the full ABC extension (C + (B − A) × 1.0) — only some setups hit it. We emphasize Garant for risk management; Impulse is a runner.

Which exchanges are supported?

Signals are computed from Binance klines (most liquid spot data). Orderbook heatmap aggregates KuCoin, CoinBase and Kraken. You can trade the signals on any exchange — they reference the underlying market, not a specific venue.

Can I share my account?

Each subscription is for one person. Sharing is detected by IP, device fingerprint and concurrent Telegram session — repeat violations result in a ban without refund.

What if my trial ends and I don't subscribe?

Your card is never charged. Account drops to Free, you keep your registration but lose access to signals and the bot. You can re-subscribe anytime.

Can I cancel a paid month?

Yes — anytime in /app/settings. Access stays until the period ends, then your account drops to Free. Refund within 7 days of the first charge for any reason; after that pro-rated for service issues only.

What about my data?

We store your email (verification, billing) and your subscription status. We do not sell or share data with third parties. Crypto payments are matched on-chain — your wallet address is logged for invoice reconciliation only.

Where can I report bugs or request features?

Three channels. (1) The public community Telegram group — fastest for casual chatter; the team reads it. (2) The Support page on this website — opens a pre-filled email to support@crypt-hunter.com, useful for anything that needs detail or attachments. (3) Sponsors get a direct line — sponsor proposals are reviewed before everything else and shape the next sprint.
